What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions
• Conduct preventive care visits, annual wellness exams, and follow-ups
• Develop and coordinate long-term treatment plans with specialists when needed
• Document patient encounters accurately using EPIC EMR system
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Participate in shared on-call responsibilities as required
• Support community health initiatives and patient education
• Adhere to organizational compliance and clinical standards

What You Need:

• Michigan medical license & Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (not open to those needing re-certification)
• Open to H1B visa candidates (no J1 visa candidates)
• Prior outpatient clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
