Global Trade Operations Specialist (CAB Team)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Global Trade Operations Specialist to join the CAB Team in Santa Rosa, CA. This role will support global trade operations and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of processes within the medical device manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Support day-to-day global trade operations and related activities. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and communication. Assist in managing operational processes within the medical device manufacturing environment. Identify and support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Required Qualifications: Working knowledge of medical device and manufacturing (MFG) processes. Experience supporting operations in a regulated or manufacturing environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in global trade operations or supply chain functions. Background in the medical device or life sciences industry.
