Quality InspectorCompany: Openwork StaffingPay: $17.00–$19.00/hrShift & Pay:1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM | $17.00/hr2nd Shift: 4:15 PM – 12:45 AM | $19.00/hrJob Summary:Openwork is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to support product inspections and ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. This role suits someone observant, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Conduct product and process inspections based on assigned area.Document inspection results by completing reports, logs, and entering data into quality systems.Attend daily team meetings for assigned area.Communicate issues to leads and/or supervisors promptly.Perform daily audits, including:Verifying tools for proper torque and calibration.Ensuring proper ESD procedures are followed by manufacturing teams.Requirements:Minimum 6 months of related experience.High school diploma or GED required.Strong attention to detail.Ability to lift, push, and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly.Ability to stand for extended periods.Comfortable working on ladders.Good manual dexterity.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.About Openwork:Openwork is a talent-first staffing company with over 50 years of experience, committed to making hiring and job searching easier and more thoughtful.
