As a Cable Technician, you'll travel to customer homes installing and servicing telecommunications equipment while providing an outstanding customer experience.Responsibilities include:Install, activate, and troubleshoot residential Internet, TV, Phone, and Security servicesDiagnose and resolve service issues efficientlyEducate customers on their equipment and servicesTest signal quality and ensure every installation meets company standardsComplete upgrades, repairs, and preventative maintenanceAccurately document completed work using mobile applicationsMaintain your company vehicle, tools, and inventoryFollow all company safety policies and proceduresContinue developing your skills through ongoing training and certificationsWhat We're Looking ForWe're more interested in attitude than experience.You could be a great fit if you are:Reliable and dependableMechanically inclinedComfortable using technologyCustomer-focusedSelf-motivatedAble to work independentlyWilling to learn and growRequirementsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordMust be at least 23 years oldAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningAbility to lift up to 80 poundsComfortable climbing ladders up to 30 feetAble to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors in all weather conditionsFlexible schedule, including occasional weekendsNo Experience?
