Position Details:

Location: North Jacksonville, FL
Setting: School-based
Schedule: Full-time contract, 35 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy evaluations and direct therapy services
Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student needs
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Florida OT license (or eligibility)
School-based experience preferred but not required
