Brand Marketing Specialist

The Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the growth and visibility of Omni Home Services and its family of service brands through strategic marketing initiatives, content creation, community engagement, and brand management. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand awareness, generating leads, increasing customer engagement, and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels. The Brand Marketing Specialist will work closely with leadership, operations teams, sales teams, and external partners to execute marketing campaigns that support revenue growth and market expansion across multiple home service industries. Key Responsibilities Brand Development & Management Maintain brand consistency across all Omni Home Services companies, platforms, and customer touchpoints. Ensure marketing materials align with company standards, values, and messaging. Assist in developing and implementing strategies that increase brand recognition and market presence. Monitor online reputation and support review-generation initiatives. Content Creation & Marketing Communications Create and manage content for social media, websites, email campaigns, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials. Develop engaging content that highlights company services, team members, customer success stories, and community involvement. Coordinate photography, videography, and other visual content efforts. Maintain a marketing content calendar across multiple brands and platforms. Digital Marketing Assist in managing company websites and online business profiles. Support SEO initiatives and website content updates. Coordinate digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Local Service Ads, and social media advertising. Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Lead Generation & Revenue Support Support marketing initiatives designed to generate leads and increase booked appointments. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals. Assist with referral programs, customer retention campaigns, and seasonal promotions. Track marketing performance metrics and campaign results. Community Outreach & Relationship Marketing Coordinate sponsorships, community events, networking opportunities, and local partnerships. Support relationship marketing efforts with Realtors, property managers, contractors, and other referral partners. Represent Omni Home Services and affiliated brands at community and industry events when needed. Strengthen local market presence through strategic community engagement. Marketing Analytics & Reporting Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, engagement, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness. Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance updates. Utilize marketing data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, branding, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing social media platforms and digital content. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common marketing tools. Preferred Experience in home services, property services, real estate, or related industries. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software. Website management experience, including WordPress or similar platforms. Photography, videography, and video editing skills.
