- Support financial professionals across the country with administrative and operational tasks.
- Manage client account administration and service requests.
- Use multiple electronic systems simultaneously to complete work accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain compliance-focused records, documentation, and processes.
- Coordinate, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines and service expectations.
- Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Communicate with advisors, clients, and internal teams through a variety of channels.
- Research issues, solve problems, and identify practical solutions.
- Manage electronic files and documentation using tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, and other business systems.
- Learn new software, procedures, and technologies as business needs evolve.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
