About the Position

CT Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 12-Hour Nights (19:45–08:15) | Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 36 Hours/Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a high volume of CT scans (150–200 scans daily across 4 rooms) in a fast-paced emergency department environment
• Conduct CT procedures including Abdomen, Pelvis, Head/Neck, Chest, Spine, Musculoskeletal, Brain Perfusion, CTAs, and Multiplanar Reconstruction
• Operate Siemens Force , Siemens S3000, Siemens Sequoia, and GE scanners; Siemens Force experience is required
• Support Code Stroke, trauma, and routine ED patient imaging across all age groups including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Chart and document accurately using EPIC and Visage systems
• Maintain compliance with all imaging protocols and safety standards in an inpatient/ER setting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience
• ARRT(R)(CT) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Demonstrated experience with Siemens Force scanner — candidates without this experience will not be considered
• Experience in Inpatient, Emergency Room, and Adult ICU settings
• NC state license or Compact license (pending status acceptable for submission)
• Local candidates are welcome; candidates within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient imaging experience
• Proficiency with IV starts and contrast administration
• Experience with PACS and Visage imaging systems
• Familiarity with trauma imaging protocols
