Southland Industries is seeking an out-going, energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Dulles, VA. We want you to really own this role, have fun and make it your own. In return, we'll support you and give the room to grow professionally and personally.
Position Details
- Front desk reception; greeting visitors, ordering and keeping track of supplies, handling mail and accepting deliveries.
- Assist with various projects and tasks to support our busy office you're our right-hand person when we need a little extra help with our day-to-day activities.
- Answering client calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Assisting with office visits, activities and events
Qualifications
- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience supporting a office
- Professional appearance and demeanor; friendly and outgoing after all, you're the first person our visitors and people will see!
- Punctual and reliable
- Willingness and eagerness to learn new things with an emphasis on purchasing tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and to prioritize workload
- Strong personal character, integrity, judgment and maturity in handling sensitive & confidential matters
- Flexibility, enthusiasm and an ability to empathize with needs and concerns of internal and external clients
- 'Can Do' attitude is a must
