Sr. Buyer - Direct Hire Pay Rate of the Sr. Buyer: $110K - $120K Shift of the Sr. Buyer: M-F 8am-5pm Responsibilities of the Sr. Buyer: Manage supplier relationships, RFQs, negotiations, expediting, resourcing, and performance oversight. Maintain all purchasing data—pricing, lead times, confirmations—within the MRP/ERP system with high accuracy. Resolve supply shortages, delivery issues, engineering changes, and material disruptions quickly and effectively. Collaborate with Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to support manufacturing operations, inventory management, and new product introductions. Maintain accurate purchasing data within ERP/MRP systems, including pricing, lead times, and supplier information. Analyze procurement metrics, supplier performance, and purchasing trends to support strategic decision-making. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through contingency planning and supplier diversification. Utilize data-driven insights to improve supplier scoring, accuracy, and long-term sourcing strategies. Qualifications of the Sr. Buyer: Strong computer skills (Excel, ERP systems, online purchasing platforms) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience with MRO purchasing or maintenance/operations supply buying preferred Prior experience in purchasing, supply chain, or operations support is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
