Operations Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and develop high-performing teams. This hands-on leadership role partners with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production Control, and Sales to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and operational performance while supporting company growth. Key Responsibilities Lead daily manufacturing operations and production teams. Drive Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Coach supervisors, develop future leaders, and build a culture of accountability. Improve manufacturing flow, capacity, labor utilization, and key performance metrics. Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and initiatives to reduce scrap and improve first-pass yield. Support workforce development, cross-training, and succession planning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred. 7–10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience. Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, KPI development, and ERP systems. Proven leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Experience in electronics, aerospace, defense, military, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr STEM Talent Solutions
