Ask us how! Hourly Pay Rate Hourly Pay Rate: $42–$46 Hourly (W-2), $55–$57 Hourly (1099) Job Duties Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for PTAs to follow. Supervise PTAs daily. Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnoses.
