HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MATERIAL OPERATOR IN GRAND PRAIRIE, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Material Operator to join our team in Grand Prairie, Texas. This individual will be responsible for safely operating material handling equipment to receive, move, store, pick, and ship products while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $19.24–$20.24/hour

• 1st and 2nd Shifts Available

• Full-time schedule

• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision.

• Located in Grand Prairie, TX

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment, including reach trucks and electric pallet jacks

• Pick, pack, receive, and ship customer orders accurately

• Load and unload trailers while following company procedures

• Move products throughout the warehouse and replenish inventory as needed

• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory

• Verify product counts and inspect shipments for accuracy

• Label, wrap, sort, and stage materials for shipment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns

• Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating both an electric pallet jack and a reach truck required

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred

• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus

• Ability to accurately follow work instructions and safety procedures

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to work overtime when business needs require
