Sales BDC Representative

As an BDC Sales Representative at Potamkin Hyundai, you will play a crucial role in driving online sales and fostering positive customer relationships. You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through various online platforms, providing information about our dealership's inventory, and guiding them through the sales process. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of automotive products, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries, emails, and chat messages from potential customers.

Provide accurate and detailed information about our dealership's inventory, including vehicle specifications, pricing, and availability.

Build rapport and establish trust with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.

Guide customers through the online sales process, including scheduling test drives, arranging financing, and facilitating vehicle purchases.

Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads, track interactions, and follow up with prospects.

Collaborate with other members of the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.

Stay informed about current automotive trends, promotions, and incentives to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by management.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, text, email or in person)
• Manage Internet sales leads
• Respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance.
• Schedule appointments for test drives and delivery of vehicles

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• At least 1 year of experience preferred
• Exceptional communication, listening, and organizational skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable in a technology-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
