Senior Backend Engineer (Python)

Strong experience with asynchronous Python, APIs, and data-heavy workloads is highly valued. Bonus points if you've contributed to open sourceWhat You'll DoYou'll build – data models, core backend infrastructure and services, as well as ship out new features, in Python - owning scalable APIs, robust data ingestion pipelines that pull documents from dozens of private market portals, event-driven processing systems, and integrations that feed our proprietary AI extraction engine.You'll brainstorm – We're not looking for someone to just take tickets—we want you in the room helping us shape product direction and tech strategy.You'll work with clients – From pitching customers, to designing features, to soliciting feedback, you'll do some non-engineering work.
