Job Summary: Join our team at Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa as a Line Cook. You will be a crucial part of our kitchen staff, responsible for preparing delicious meals according to our menu. Your work will directly impact our guests' dining experience. Qualifications Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines Ability to work well in a team Attention to detail and organizational skills Certification from a culinary school is a plus Responsibilities Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Follow recipes and presentation specifications Ensure food preparation meets quality standards Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen area Monitor food stock and place orders when needed Join our team and be part of a workplace that values teamwork, growth, and delivering exceptional service to our guests. #J-18808-Ljbffr
