What You'll Do

As a Dishwasher/Prep Cook, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests by supporting kitchen operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality.

Responsibilities include:

Washing dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Assisting with food preparation according to recipes and chef instructions
Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
Properly storing food and monitoring food safety standards
Supporting restaurant and banquet operations, including buffet setup
Participating in team meetings and training sessions
Working collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Following resort policies, safety procedures, and hospitality standards

Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and quality
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly
Frequent use of hands and arms for food preparation and cleaning tasks
Occasional bending, reaching, and climbing
