Product Specialist

Catwalk Productions and Star One Events are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors/Product Specialists to represent high-profile, leading alcohol brands at in-store and event-based sampling activations (on and off-premise). The ideal candidate will engage with customers seamlessly, educate them about the featured products, have extensive brand knowledge, and drive sales through positive interactions. You will be responsible for creating memorable experiences that reflect the quality and personality of each brand. Key Responsibilities Set up and break down sampling stations at retail locations and events Engage customers, provide product samples, and share key brand messages Educate customers on product features, flavor profiles, and brand history Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times Ensure compliance with all local and state alcohol regulations Accurately track and report sampling data and feedback Represent the brand positively and professionally to all consumers Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer service preferred If no previous experience, be willing to learn! Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing personality with the ability to engage a wide range of people Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs Ability to follow all alcohol safety and serving guidelines Have or be able to obtain alcohol certification Requirements Valid government-issued photo ID (21+) Reliable transportation to and from event locations Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (Thursday through Sunday) Professional appearance and attitude Limited tattoos and piercings Ability to obtain an alcohol server certification Able to learn, obtain, and maintain brand knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr
