Looking for an experienced legal talent sourcer or recruiter with expertise in building pipelines for legal and public policy professionals.
Key responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates for legal and public policy roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Manage candidate outreach and initial engagement.
Ideal candidate:
- 8+ years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience , preferably within the legal industry.
- Experience recruiting for attorneys, legal counsel, compliance, government affairs, or public policy professionals.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Creative sourcing and talent mapping expertise.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring priorities.
*** Pay Range- $55.00-$60.00/hour
