Licensing Specialist

Job Description: Assist with the processing of online and paper applications in the licensing system Ensure application compliance with statutes Fingerprint and perform background checks and keep applicants updated of the status of their application Respond to public inquiries Log fees and receipts Prepare board meeting materials and minutes. Attend and assist with board meetings. Order office supplies Adaptable Ability to learn quickly Ability to multitask Ability to take direction Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, change direction and prioritize as needed Ability to take ownership of the position and stay on task This is a full-time on-site position. Expected to work 20 hours a week, will work exclusively on-site downtown at the office (with consideration for remote). Possible contract to hire so no candidates that require sponsorship.
