Service Sales / Account Manager
Location: Minneapolis Area | Full-Time
Solid Rock Recruiting is partnering with an established commercial mechanical contractor seeking a motivated Service Sales / Account Manager to drive new business and grow customer relationships across its HVAC and plumbing service division.
This opportunity is ideal for a sales-driven professional who enjoys developing new accounts, building long-term relationships, and generating revenue. The role focuses on selling service and maintenance agreements to commercial customers, including property managers, developers, and building owners. Prior HVAC or plumbing sales experience is beneficial but not required for the right candidate.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities and sell HVAC and plumbing service maintenance agreements.
Build and maintain relationships with property managers, developers, and commercial customers.
Identify prospective accounts, generate leads, and develop a consistent sales pipeline.
Manage customer accounts and identify opportunities to expand existing business.
Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams.
Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship development.
Motivated sales professional with a hunter mentality and a strong desire to succeed.
Comfortable with prospecting, rejection, and developing new business.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, resilient, and focused on achieving sales goals.
HVAC, plumbing, mechanical service, or maintenance agreement sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Base Salary: $90,000
Incentive Compensation: Tiered commission structure with significant earning potential.
Total compensation is performance-driven, with experienced team members reportedly earning more than $300,000 annually.
