Job Summary:
The intensive care unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Helena, Montana. This role involves providing specialized care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment. The RN will be responsible for managing complex post-operative surgical cases, respiratory failure, and other critical conditions, utilizing advanced clinical skills and critical thinking.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts with 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: 3+ years of ICU experience; prior travel experience required; active BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications; current Montana or compact license verified; work experience in Medical Surgical and ICU settings.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic electronic medical record system; demonstrated competency in managing respiratory failure, DKA, STEMI, OD, detox, CHF, complex surgical cases, Bipap/Cpap, HHF, Heparin, insulin, and amiodarone drips.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to float to Med Surg and often in ICU, per facility requirements. The assignment start date is 08/02/2026, and the position is within a 200-mile radius rule.
