Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Goodyear, AZ 85395
Pay: $19.50/hr
Schedule: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Occasional overtime on Saturdays
Start Date: ASAP

Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. On-site training will be provided. In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating powered material handling equipment to move, pick, wrap, stack, and count products while maintaining accuracy and safety throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Put away and receive products

• Wrap and prepare products for storage or shipment

• Operate powered material handling equipment to move and relocate inventory

• Accurately check all inbound and outbound products

• Use inventory software and RF scanners to track inventory and complete transactions

• Verify load accuracy and stability

• Report product damage or inventory variances

• Audit and count product inventory

• Assist other departments as needed, including break pack, auditing, and wrapping

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management or customers

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of Material Handling Equipment experience required

• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks required

• Case-picking experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; partner lifts are utilized when needed

• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems preferred

• Previous warehouse experience required

• Willingness to learn new systems and processes

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
