The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides a high level of customer service in completing daily recruiting coordinating activities while supporting multiple recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting environment. Demonstrates a high sense of urgency, attention to detail, handling multiple competing priorities.

Position Responsibilities:

May include:

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates

• Arrange travel for candidates as requested by the Talent Acquisition Team

• Collect Candidate Assessment Score Cards from interviewers

• Ensure the Pre-employment Process is conducted for each candidate (after a signed offer letter)

• Initiate Background Check and Drug Screening 

• Consistently monitor and pursue candidates until the completion of “Background Check and Drug Screen”  

• Provide daily updates with Recruiter on the status of the background check and drug screening

• Ensure all onboarding paperwork is complete (iforms Application, W4, I-9 and Appendix and Acceptance of Employment)

• Assist new hires with New Hire Orientation, first day instructions and new hire paperwork

• Assist in the conversion process of temp to Hires

• Upload the needed documentation 

• Assist in various special projects as needed

• Flexible and easily transitions between changing priorities

Experience:

• Experience in a fast paced, manufacturing or consumer goods recruiting environment

Education/Certification:

• High school or GED equivalent

People Management: No

Physical Requirements / Work Environment: Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. Travel required up to 20% and ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Ability to work outside of standard work hours/days as needed
