Inside Sales Executive

Labcorp is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Dublin, OH. Essential duties and responsibilities include driving business through phone marketing campaigns to drive leads, new business, and testing conversions aligned with divisional objectives. Lead generation will involve working with outside field reps to send out qualified leads. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 or more years of sales or account management experience. Preferred qualifications include an associate's degree or higher and 1 or more years of medical sales experience. Additional job standards include strong communication skills and strong time management and organization skills.

As an Inside Sales Executive (ISE), you will have the opportunity to drive growth through partnerships with all of our clients and will focus on finding new competitive opportunities within a defined region, ultimately helping to improve the lives of patients through our extensive diagnostic test offerings. This is a unique role where you will be collaborating with internal and external customers, while growing our business. The main objective of an ISE is to identify and convert new business opportunities for Labcorp. Success comes through persistence, high volumes of outbound dials, and consistent email communications with prospects and targeted accounts. ISEs are expected to generate new business, incremental revenue, and testing volume opportunities through executing outbound call campaigns. This is a new business development and lead generation position with a monthly new sales quota.

This position is hybrid (2 days remote (M/F)/3 days in-office (Tu/Wed/Th). Office location is Dublin, OH (Columbus area). Pay Range: $28.50 to $30.00/hour plus commission. All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Variable Compensation: The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan. Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
