Our client is in the aviation and logistics industry seeking a VP of Finance to join their south Florida office with the potential of becoming the CFO.
- Responsible for creating and driving the strategic direction and operations of the system-wide payroll function for the organization.
- Oversee financial operations supporting activities, including revenue, expense management, cash handling, provisioning.
- Partners with senior leadership in operations, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness, as well as in implementing strategic objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with international and regional labor laws, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective services.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, CPA strongly preferred.
