Banner Property Management is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to help bring our brand-new, 334-unit luxury apartment community in Wheaton, IL to life. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in creating an exceptional resident experience while helping build a vibrant community from the ground up. As the welcoming face of the community, you'll lead engaging property tours, connect with prospective residents, guide them through every step of the leasing journey, and help transform prospects into happy residents. You'll also contribute to exciting lease-up marketing initiatives, resident events, lease renewals, rent collection, and the daily operations that make a new community successful. Key Responsibilities Lease-up experience required — comfortable driving traffic, converting leads, and hitting aggressive leasing goals during a property's initial fill or stabilization period Engage with prospective residents through tours, follow-ups, and personalized communication Assist with leasing paperwork, renewals, and rent collection Contribute to marketing and social media initiatives, as well as community events Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property features, availability, and local market trends Provide exceptional customer service that strengthens resident satisfaction and retention Why Banner Property Management At Banner, we prioritize our teams, offer opportunities for growth, and are proud to promote from within.
