Join us and help shape the next chapter of this iconic brand. ROLE OVERVIEW As a Store Supervisor, you play a key leadership role within the store. You are responsible for supporting the management team in driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional client experience, and maintaining operational and visual excellence across all areas of the store. You act as a daily role model on the shopfloor, guiding and inspiring the team, ensuring brand standards are upheld, and stepping in as a decision‑maker when managers are occupied. Through your leadership, you contribute to a motivated, informed, and high‑performing team environment that embodies the Onitsuka Tiger premium experience. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CLIENT EXPERIENCE & SALES LEADERSHIP Deliver a world‑class client experience, welcoming each visitor with warmth, professionalism, and authentic storytelling. Demonstrate advanced product, brand, and collection expertise to support client decision‑making. Lead by example in delivering a luxury‑level service journey, coaching team members directly on selling behaviours and styling approaches. Manage complex client interactions, ensuring concerns or complaints are resolved with empathy and precision. Drive sales performance and support the team in achieving individual and store KPIs. Maintain an active presence on the shopfloor to support selling, motivate the team, and identify opportunities. TEAM LEADERSHIP, TRAINING & COMMUNICATION Support the Store Manager, Deputy Manager and ASM with daily task planning, delegation, and workflow coordination. Participate in team meetings, briefs, and development sessions. Play a key role in onboarding and training new team members, ensuring they understand brand values, service expectations, and operational procedures. Act as a first point of support for Sales Assistants, providing guidance and coaching throughout the day. Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team atmosphere aligned with company values. Communicate clearly and constructively, reinforcing expectations and offering guidance where needed. VISUAL MERCHANDISING & STORE PRESENTATION Ensure all visual merchandising standards are consistently executed according to brand guidelines. Support weekly floor moves, collection launches, and seasonal updates. Guarantee the store environment reflects a premium aesthetic at all times, from product presentation to overall ambiance. Oversee replenishment levels and ensure correct stock displays on the shopfloor. STOCKROOM & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE Support stockroom operations including deliveries, unpacking, stock checks, and discrepancies reporting. Ensure compliance with all operational procedures: cash desk, POS systems, returns, exchanges, and opening/closing protocols. Monitor shrinkage prevention processes and participate in inventory controls. Take ownership of specific operational zones as delegated by Store Management. HEALTH, SAFETY & COMPLIANCE Ensure adherence to all Health & Safety standards and safe working practices. Maintain awareness of potential risks and elevate incidents swiftly to the management team. Guarantee staff wellbeing and enforce grooming and uniform standards reflective of the brand. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Previous supervisory experience in retail, ideally within premium or fashion environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and influence a diverse team. Passion for fashion, styling, and trend awareness. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong client service mindset with problem‑solving ability and composure under pressure. Solid understanding of retail operations, POS systems, inventory processes, and store procedures. Strong numeracy and organisational skills. High adaptability to fast‑paced environments and diverse client profiles. Professional fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
