La figura risponde direttamente all’Area Manager e all’Ispettore di riferimento. Il Responsabile di Punto Vendita ha il compito di organizzare, coordinare e monitorare tutte le attività operative e gestionali del negozio, con l’obiettivo di garantire elevati standard di servizio al cliente, il rispetto delle normative e il raggiungimento dei risultati economici. È responsabile della pianificazione e gestione del personale, assicurando produttività, corretta applicazione delle procedure aziendali e sviluppo professionale dei collaboratori attraverso motivazione, delega e confronto costante. Supervisiona quotidianamente l’andamento del punto vendita tramite strumenti di monitoraggio aziendali, intervenendo con azioni correttive mirate a migliorare redditività ed efficienza. La figura professionale ricercata sarà responsabile complessivo del punto vendita, della sua organizzazione interna e del mantenimento degli standard qualitativi e commerciali. Garantisce l’applicazione delle procedure aziendali e delle normative vigenti (sicurezza, igiene, HACCP), tutela il patrimonio aziendale e gestisce le risorse umane. Rappresenta l’azienda nei confronti dei clienti ed è il punto di riferimento della filiale verso l’organizzazione centrale. Di seguito le principali mansioni: Si occupa della cura dell’aspetto commerciale del punto vendita e delle aree esterne, assicurando ordine, pulizia e rispetto degli standard aziendali. Coordina il rifornimento merci evitando rotture di stock o eccedenze, supervisiona il corretto caricamento ed esposizione dei prodotti e controlla con particolare attenzione le merci deperibili (qualità, scadenze, temperature); Garantisce la corretta esposizione e aggiornamento dei prezzi e vigila sulle attività di cassa, assicurando il rispetto delle procedure e un adeguato livello di servizio. Monitora incassi, costi e risultati economici, organizzando controlli inventariali e azioni di contenimento delle perdite. Gestisce l’organizzazione del personale (turni, ferie, permessi), assegna compiti e responsabilità secondo principi di delega e verifica, promuove la formazione e interviene per migliorare le performance individuali e di squadra. Collabora con gli Specialisti di prodotto per ottimizzare i risultati dei reparti e condivide con il team dati e obiettivi per favorire il miglioramento continuo. È inoltre garante della sicurezza sul lavoro: controlla il rispetto delle normative, l’utilizzo dei DPI, la conformità alle disposizioni antincendio e alle procedure HACCP, intervenendo in caso di anomalie o situazioni di rischio. In caso di emergenze (incendi, infortuni o malori) attiva tempestivamente le procedure previste e contatta gli enti competenti. #J-18808-Ljbffr
