RN - Med Surg/Telemetry

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)

Description: 5 North consists of 36 private rooms and serves a patient population with ages that range from the young adult through the geriatric patient. Priority admission is given to patients requiring a medical level of cardiac care and recovering from a cardiac intervention. These interventions include, but are not limited to, cardiac surgery, coronary artery stent placement, and pacemaker implant. 5 North also admits hemodynamically stable non-procedural cardiac patients.

Years of experience: 2 preferred

Travel experience preferred

Certifications: BLS, NIHSS

Patient ratios: 1:5-6

State or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal. License Hit not accepted. All RTO must be listed at time of submittal. Previous staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler.

Onboarding: Must complete core items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing

Modules are non-billable, all hours are factored in NBO RN average 4-6 hours Allied 2-3 hours Modules are completed onsite during orientation
