Production Associate - Weekly Pay

Job Description
Focus Workforce Management is now interviewing for Production Associates to support the daily manufacturing and packaging of beauty and personal-care products by assisting with chemical ingredient preparation, bottling, labeling, packaging, material handling, and finished-product preparation.
No previous manufacturing experience is required for some positions.
Training will be provided to qualified employees, where required.

Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with daily production activities according to established procedures and production schedules.
- Assist Machine Operators with bottling, filling, capping, labeling, and packaging equipment..
- Inspect bottles and finished products for proper fill levels, caps, labels, seals, and overall appearance.
- Identify damaged, defective, or improperly labeled products and notify the appropriate supervisor.
- Assemble cartons and prepare products for packaging and shipment..
- Move products and materials between production, warehouse, and shipping areas as directed.
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment according to established procedures.
- Follow all company safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
