Job TitlePerform clerical and accounting duties of a varied nature supporting the maintenance and processing of financial data according to department, college, and legal procedures.Essential DutiesPrepare routine and special financial statements, reports, or data analysis according to time constraints and established procedures.Collect and post payments to various accounts, complete daily deposits, maintain assigned account records, and post and reconcile on regular basis.Coordinate all accounting functions for assigned funds or activities (i.e., travel, student accounts, or auxiliary accounts), including accountability for monies received and disbursed.Maintain a basic filing system or assist in the filing operations of larger and more complex systems.
