Restaurant ManagerWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in the beautiful coastal location of Malfa, Italy. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fine dining restaurant, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests and operational excellence.Responsibilities include:Leading and inspiring a team of food and beverage professionals, promoting a collaborative and customer-focused environment.Supervising daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.Collaborating with the chef to develop and implement innovative menus and specials.Managing reservations and table settings to optimize customer flow and satisfaction.Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and health codes.Analyzing sales data and financial reports to monitor revenue against budget and identify areas for improvement.Additional duties include:Addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service.Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures for all restaurant functions.Conducting regular staff training sessions to enhance service quality and efficiency.Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts to optimize costs.Organizing and overseeing special events and promotions to drive business growth.Qualifications include:Proven experience as a restaurant manager in a fine dining establishment (required).Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including Italian cuisine and wine.Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and health codes.Proven financial management and budgeting skills.Customer service orientation with a keen attention to detail.Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).Food safety certification (required).Excellent English language skills; knowledge of Italian is a plus.Adaptability and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
