Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.42 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a technology‑focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner while documenting observations and actions taken. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns. Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and assist with visitor and employee entry procedures in accordance with location protocols. Support Allied Universal and site leadership by reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or security‑related concerns that could impact daily operations. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of security‑related experience is required. At least 1 year of law enforcement experience or at least 2 years of security‑related supervisor or manager experience or at least 3 years of security‑related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
