Lead the Frontline of Fun: Guest Services Manager
At The Strong, we create extraordinary, unforgettable experiences for guests of all ages. Behind every smiling face, interactive exhibit, and bustling gallery is a dedicated team of frontline hosts—and an exceptional leadership opportunity for an inspiring, guest-focused manager.
We are seeking 3 Guest Service Managers to work side by side with our team, overseeing day-to-day operations across Admissions, Galleries and Exhibits, and Ropes Courses while upholding our highest standards of hospitality.

You will be the heart of our floor operations. Working directly alongside a passionate, energetic team, you’ll help guide daily host schedules, mentor staff, celebrate team achievements, and ensure our guests enjoy world-class service from the moment they step through our doors.
