Client Marketing Specialist

To support the development and execution of marketing programs, the full-time Client Marketing Specialist will engage, retain, and grow the existing client base while working remotely with marketing and customer success teams. Key responsibilities Support the planning and execution of client marketing campaigns, including email programs and webinars Assist in developing client-facing materials such as newsletters and onboarding guides Track and report on campaign performance metrics and maintain client segmentation lists for targeted communications Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in client marketing, customer marketing, or B2B marketing Solid understanding of customer lifecycle stages and marketing's role in retention and growth Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce Strong written communication skills tailored for different client segments Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects
