We are looking for a Client Services & Marketing Specialist to join our team in New York City on a contract basis. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role for someone who can serve as a bridge between Japanese-speaking clients, our creative teams, and business partners. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, comfortable managing projects, and has a strong understanding of marketing and creative work. Because this person will represent btrax on the ground in NYC, Japanese fluency and strong client-facing communication skills are essential. Role Overview As a Client Services & Marketing Specialist, you will support client relationships, marketing initiatives, creative projects, and events. You will work closely with btrax's design and marketing teams while helping manage communication and project execution between our U.S. and Japanese stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across client services, marketing, project coordination, and creative production and is comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Client & Project Management Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and partners in NYC Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, meetings, and follow-ups Coordinate between clients and internal design, marketing, and creative teams Translate client needs and feedback into clear project briefs and actionable next steps Communicate project status, priorities, and potential issues to stakeholders Help ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard Content Development Lead social media content development in collaboration with designers and creative assistants Manage newsletter content, including editorial planning, copywriting, and performance tracking Produce blog content on topics related to design, innovation, AI, and btrax's areas of expertise Support creative brainstorming and content ideation Ensure content aligns with client and brand objectives Events & NYC Initiatives Support and coordinate NYC-based events, activations, and client experiences Coordinate with clients, vendors, partners, and internal teams on event logistics Represent btrax at client meetings, events, and industry activities Support initiatives that strengthen btrax's presence and relationships in the NYC market Marketing Operations Lead and facilitate weekly marketing meetings, including agendas and follow-up Create weekly marketing performance reports and track KPIs Monitor marketing metrics and provide data-driven recommendations Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables Maintain organized project documentation and communication Qualifications Required Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken Experience in client services, account coordination, project management, marketing, or a related field Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable collaborating with designers and creative teams Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Ability to work on-site in New York City Preferred Experience working with Japanese companies, brands, or clients Background in marketing, advertising, branding, design, or creative services Experience coordinating events or client activations Familiarity with social media and digital marketing Understanding of design and creative processes Experience working across U.S. and Japanese business cultures Stay informed with our latest updates and gain access to exclusive insights. #J-18808-Ljbffr Btrax
