License/Certs: Arizona State License, Board Certified in Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNP)

Experience: 2+ years highly preferred, neonatology experience

What You'll Do

• Provide Neonatal care at Level III-IV NICUs affiliated with high-risk delivery services
• Collaborate with Neonatologists to manage neonatal patients during evening shifts
• Participate in in-person rounds and emergency care on-site
• Support delivery coverage, working alongside neonatologists, with shared attendance at deliveries
• Work in a team-focused environment emphasizing quality patient outcomes
• Contribute to coverage across multiple NICUs and nurseries, including planned shifts
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill newborns

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certified in Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNP) no other certifications accepted
• Arizona State Nurse Practitioner license
• Minimum 2+ years of neonatology experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in high-acuity NICUs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
