Senior GTM Recruiter

Responsibilities Lead full‑cycle recruiting for scaling Go‑to‑Market positions across Sales, Business Development, and Marketing. Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives and drive business impact. Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, and lead initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders. Serve as a mentor to other team members to help scale internal recruiting practices. Qualifications 7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, specifically in scaling GTM teams in a high‑growth environment. Demonstrated success in developing sophisticated top‑of‑funnel strategies and managing evergreen pipelines that deliver quality candidates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build high‑trust relationships with candidates, teammates, and stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable with data; knows conversion rates and uses them to manage expectations and drive results. Humble and team‑oriented, prioritizing collective success over individual achievement; values collaboration and diverse perspectives to achieve common goals. Thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership of outcomes, and persists until the right hire is made. Takes initiative, persists in the face of setbacks, and continuously strives for excellence in all endeavors. Experienced with common recruiting tools and systems such as Ashby, and able to leverage them to increase productivity. Location Candid Health is an in‑person team; this role is specifically for our SanFrancisco, Denver, or NewYork office. Pay Transparency The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $145,000–$190,000USD. The range is a guideline from Pave data; the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job‑related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits.
