Assistant Dental Office Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Dental Office Manager to work as an Operations Lead at Aspen Dental. Participate in an eight‑week training program. Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards. Work collaboratively with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care. Consult patients on treatment options and verify insurance payment and collection to ensure high‑quality care. Supervise and reinforce daily tasks and priorities of the non‑clinical team under the Manager’s direction. Review data day‑to‑day to evaluate the practice impact. Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments. Verify insurance payment, collection, balance, nightly deposits, and credit card processing. Complete additional tasks assigned by the Manager. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Demonstrated analytical thinking; prioritize data utilization. Organized and detail oriented. *May vary by independently owned and operated Aspen Dental locations.
