Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines. Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent discretion to support patient needs and safety. Administer medications and therapies per physician orders; monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition. Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes; maintain accurate records in accordance with policy. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and provide education and support to patients and families as appropriate. Requirements Active California RN license in good standing. Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN). Ability to work nights and participate in a 13‑week travel assignment. Comfort working in a home healthcare – hospice setting.
