Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines, utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Ensure adherence to established protocols and standards.
- Provide patient education and support to promote health and wellness.
- Assist in the evaluation of patient outcomes and care effectiveness.
