Join a leading mobile healthcare services team as a Point-of-Care Laboratory Technician . You’ll perform laboratory testing in mobile/remote healthcare settings, process patient specimens, maintain accurate records, and ensure quality and timely results.

Location: San Leandro, CA
Pay: $26–$32/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Perform point-of-care testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Molecular, and Coagulation.
• Collect blood specimens through venipuncture and capillary collection.
• Process specimens, enter patient information, and document test results.
• Perform quality control checks and report abnormal results appropriately.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and required documentation.
• Drive the company vehicle/mobile lab as needed.

Requirements

• Must be an LVN, MLT, or CLS — Phlebotomists alone are not eligible.
• California license/certification as required.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Laboratory testing and phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Ability to work safely around bloodborne pathogens and biological materials.
