About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the US CEO to serve as the operational backbone of the US leadership team and a trusted strategic partner. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating the company's strategy into execution, creating clarity across the leadership team, and ensuring the organization operates with focus, urgency, and accountability. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, exceptional organization, analytical depth, and hands-on execution. The Chief of Staff will own the US leadership operating system, drive the execution of US OKRs, lead strategic discussions with partners, and contribute to decisions around product vision and new ventures. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have experience in a high-ownership role, such as a Chief of Staff, strategic operator, consultant at an MBB firm, or co-founder, within a high-quality, well-funded Series A–C technology startup or a similarly demanding environment. The role requires an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, an agile mindset, and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, be business and impact-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities also include leading strategic partner work, driving cross-functional execution, and supporting high-priority US projects. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the US CEO, the global CEO, and the Chief of Staff to the CEO, and will be instrumental in shaping the company's growth and operating model.
