About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to spearhead the launch of a new buy-and-build platform in the testing, compliance, and certification space. This role is primarily focused on M&A activities, including sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and closing acquisitions, as well as integrating the acquired businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deal execution, with at least 2 years' experience in investment banking and/or private equity, and a proven track record of top-ranked performance. The CEO will be expected to operate with limited resources, solve problems independently, and provide operational leadership to the acquired business units. The role is highly hands-on and demands a leader who is willing to take on the challenge of building a platform from the ground up. Key responsibilities for the CEO include leading the M&A process, running diligence, and managing the integration of acquired businesses. The successful candidate will be an early team member at a high-growth holding company, working closely with a successful PE team.
