You will oversee the entire recruitment process, simultaneously cultivating strong partnerships with clients. With some of the industry's most competitive commission rates, your hard work will yield direct and substantial rewards.
What You'll Do
- Manage Full-Cycle Searches, guiding candidates from initial contact to successful placement.
- Partner with Clients by thoroughly understanding their individual hiring needs, challenges, and company culture.
- Strategically Source Talent utilizing our proprietary CRM/ATS and enhancing your personal network.
- Utilize Our Platform to streamline candidate management, track communications, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that drive long-term value for clients and generate considerable commissions for you.
- Contribute to Thought Leadership as we enhance our brand presence in the market which benefits you as well.
