Senior Manager, Campaign Engineer Execution Lead EU (m/w/d)

Responsibilities
- Build, test, deploy, and optimize omnichannel campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for Germany and European markets
- Design and execute CRM customer journeys aligned with brand strategy and compliance requirements
- Act as primary liaison between business teams, campaign strategists, agencies, and technology partners
- Develop reporting and analytical insights on campaign engagement and customer behavior
- Lead omnichannel enablement through workshops and strategic stakeholder engagement activities
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM customer journey design
- Demonstrated experience managing omnichannel email campaigns and marketing communications
- Strong knowledge of German market requirements and regulatory compliance in healthcare marketing
- Proven ability to partner across business, agency, and technology stakeholder groups
- Experience with marketing analytics, reporting, and data-driven campaign optimization
- Track record of process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
