Marketing Coordinator

On Deck Sports is looking for a creative and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team in Randolph, MA. In this role, you will aid in the production of content, collateral, and website updates that support our sales team across four brands: On Deck Sports, Beacon Athletics, Aer-Flo Sports, and On Deck Golf. You will own our organic social media presence, build and grow our blog program, keep our brand websites current, and help produce the sell sheets and product resources our reps rely on every day. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with a good eye and organized to own programs the whole company depends on. Primary Responsibilities: Social media. Own organic social media across all brands and channels. Create and post content, monitor and engage, measure performance, and iterate. Develop and maintain the social strategy and post calendar, with room to grow into YouTube, TikTok, and paid social such as Meta Ads. Collateral. Assist in creating our cut sheets, sell sheets, product collateral, and spec resources across all brands, and grow into ownership of the collateral library, improving how reps and customers access and organize it. Coordinate spec projects with outside architectural specification partners, track documents and status. Blogs. Create, publish, and measure blog content that supports SEO and sales enablement, and grow the blog strategy over time. Implement content recommendations from our digital marketing agency. Website updates. Make general web edits across our brands, including product and category content, service pages, landing pages, and promotional copy. Trade shows. Assist in trade show planning, coordination, and execution, including booth layouts, product shipped, and collateral prepared for each show. Photo and video. Plan and execute product and field shoots, including on-site shoots at customer facilities and installations. Edit photo and video for social, email, web, and sales use. Other marketing duties as assigned Required Skills & Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to turn product specifications into clear, compelling copy Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, and a video editing tool such as Premiere or Final Cut Comfort with performance data — reading social, web, and content metrics and adjusting based on what they show Proficiency in MS Office Suite Agility and flexibility required in a fast-paced, small business Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to travel occasionally for photoshoots and trade shows Preferred Qualifications: Comfortability planning and shooting photo and video content independently is a plus 1-3 years of hands‑on marketing experience producing content, collateral, or web copy is a plus Hands‑on experience with social media scheduling and email marketing platforms; Klaviyo or a similar ESP preferred The preferred candidate is expected to work full-time in our Randolph, MA office.
