Located near Olathe, KS, this full-time position places you at the heart of student growth and development. You will provide vital assessments, counseling, and support services in a dynamic middle school setting, collaborating closely with educators and families to foster a positive educational environment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience working in K-12, preferably with middle school populations
• Strong skills in conducting psychological assessments and developing intervention plans
• Ability to facilitate group and individual counseling sessions
• Familiarity with Response to Intervention (RTI), Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for referred students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention strategies
• Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to address student learning or behavioral challenges
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and intervention team meetings
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
• Support positive behavioral frameworks and school-wide initiatives
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with all regulations
