Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

$77 per hour

Cross Country Locums

Work Dates Needed: 6/29-7/7
Preferred Schedule: 8am-5pm M-F - lunch from 12-1 (6/29-7/2 and 7/6-7/7) will be off on 7/3 for July 4th holiday
Worksite Setting: outpatient, primary care
Scope of Work: bread and butter primary care; annual and wellness exams, preventative care and screenings, hypertension/diabetes/high cholesterol risk management, acute illnesses (upper respiratory infections, flu, sinus infections, medication refills, lab follow up, annual exams, URI/UTI/acute pain, skin infections, etc. No procedures
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted TX license, BLS, DEA
EMR: Athena
Number of patients seen per day? 10-20
Patient Population: 4 years and up to geriatric
Pay Rate Preferred: $77/hr
